On an AAIS policy ML-3 (2.0) which is a FORM 3; if a tree falls during a wind storm partially across a driveway and lands on a picnic table, does the incidental property coverages for debris removal apply? Is the $500.00 per occurrence listed under this the maximum paid or does the policy cover for all costs to remove from driveway and picnic table? Is the deductible applied?

There are two coverages in the policy, one for debris removal and one for direct damage to trees, plants, shrubs, or lawns. Since you're asking about the removal of the tree, you're looking at the debris removal section. Under debris removal, coverage applies if a tree causes damage to anything covered under coverage A, B or C, OR (emphasis added) obstructs access to a driveway on the "insured premises". You have both; a picnic table is personal property covered under coverage C, and the tree is blocking the driveway. The tree was felled by wind which is a covered peril, so there is coverage. The $500 limit applies. Under the deductible clause it states that "This applies to all Principal Property Coverages and all Incidental Property Coverages except…". Unfortunately, debris removal is not excepted from the deductible, so the deductible must be applied.
