Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy brought on Randy MacTough to head the Delaware practice of the firm's casualty and professional liability defense practice group, according to a press release.
MacTough has experience defending health care, transportation and higher education clients in insurance and commercial litigation cases involving premises liability, transportation, professional liability, products liability, toxic tort and employment.
He serves guardian ad litem for the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate.
Earlier in his career, MacTough served as a law clerk in the Delaware Superior Court and as a judicial intern for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
