ISO has developed a new endorsement, HO 06 69, Utility Line Expense Coverage to provide coverage for direct physical loss to underground utility lines caused by certain specified perils. It has a proposed effective date of December 1, 2020, and was developed because of feedback indicating that more utilities and municipalities are looking to enter marketing partnerships with providers offering such coverage.
