I'm looking for articles specific to Civil or Military Authority.  Any coverage within the commercial property policies for coronavirus aside from what communicable disease may provide?

Coverage for action of civil authority is an additional coverage in the Business Income and Extra Expense form CP 00 30 10 12. That coverage is for when a covered cause of loss damages property at a nearby property restricting access to the insured property. Quarantines are not the result of physical damage, so there is no coverage. Having said that, ISO developed optional advisory endorsements that provide limited coverage if the civil authority ordered the closing of the premises or ordered all or part of the premises to be put under quarantine to prevent infection by or spread of a Coronavirus, even if the action is taken based on suspicion of a risk of contagion. Because the spread of infectious diseases is unpredictable, coverage is provided even if no disease is yet present; if an area has been struck by the virus, civil authority may order businesses closed in order to minimize exposure to the virus. The forms have not been added to the ISO library nor given numbers. We explain the coverages here: ISO Provides Business Interruption Endorsement in Response to Coronavirus.
