Does the HO-3 exclusion for freezing, thawing, pressure, or weight of water, ice or snow, whether driven by wind, to a:(2) footing, foundation, bulkhead, wall or any part of a building or other structure; mean to exclude wind-driven ice such as an ice shove? Would flood insurance cover this type of damage? If other parts of the home are damaged, i.e. dwelling walls, windows, doors, etc. would they be excluded as well?

Yes, the exclusion would apply to an ice shove since the movement of the ice creates pressure which can cause damage. Likewise, the ice has a significant weight to it, and weight and pressure of ice to footings, walls, foundations, etc. is excluded.

The flood policy has a similar exclusion for direct physical loss caused directly or indirectly by the pressure or weight of ice.

The exclusion applies to a wall or any part of a building or other structure; this would include doors, windows, and dwelling walls as they are part of the structure. The dwelling is a structure, so the exclusion applies.
