Workers Comp Fraud – Ohio

An Ohio man was injured delivering pizzas in 2009. He filed a claim and began collecting workers compensation for the injury. He received temporary disability payments between 2009 and 2016. However, someone tipped off investigators who discovered that during 2015, 2016, and 2017 the man was working driving trucks. He pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay almost $7,600 in restitution.
