Insurance coverage attorney Louis Kozloff has joined the Kennedys law firm as a partner, resident in its office in Philadelphia.
With over 20 years' experience in the insurance field, Mr. Kozloff represents insurers in coverage and bad faith litigation and advises insurance industry clients on coverage issues including directors and officers, errors and omissions, general liability, marine, and extra-contractual exposure matters.
Mr. Kozloff graduated from Dartmouth College in 1993 and the University of Pittsburgh Law School in 1998, and has experience in both private practice and in-house, having served as chief litigation counsel at Harleysville Insurance Company.
Chris Carroll, a partner at Kennedys who sits on the firm's global strategy board, said, "The appointment of Lou marks another phase of our strategic plan to grow the range of services we can deliver to our clients from the U.S. He is a perfect fit as he works for several of the same insurer clients and he will be a valuable addition to our existing capabilities."
