HDI Global Specialty SE, the specialty lines insurer, has added an underwriter, Karen Frazer, to its London-based U.S. delegated authority underwriting team.
Ms. Frazer joined from Lloyd's Syndicate Starstone, where she underwrote U.S. open market and delegated authority business.
Prior to this, she was part of Torus Insurance's power and utilities underwriting team.
Commenting on Ms. Frazer's appointment, Richard Taylor, a member of the executive board of management and United Kingdom managing director at HDI Global Specialty SE, said, “I'm pleased to welcome Karen to the HDI Global Specialty SE underwriting team. She has proven herself to be a hard-working and results driven team player and I look forward to Karen playing her part in driving our specialty team forward.”
