Everest Insurance had launched Everest Alpine Insurance, which it characterized in a statement as a new, enhanced version of its multinational coverage form.

According to the company, Everest Alpine Insurance can provide clients with international exposures any combination of the following six lines of coverage: General liability, contingent auto liability, business travel accident, foreign voluntary workers' compensation, kidnap/ransom/extortion, and commercial property.

Enhancements to the Everest Alpine Insurance form included expanded coverage for business travel accident and kidnap, ransom, and extortion coverages, as well as new enhancements for educational, manufacturing, and business services accounts, the company said.

“We are pleased to continue expanding our product offering, supported by our Everest Insurance international colleagues and a network of other leading providers, to better meet the evolving needs of our multinational clients,” said Douglas Guenther, head of Everest Multinational. “As more U.S.‐based businesses look to expand their operations internationally, we are working to ensure our product offering facilitates their ability to do so with confidence and ease.”
