Our client's building is attached to the neighboring building that sustained a fire. The neighboring building was demolished just after the fire leaving our client's building exposed to the elements (I've attached a photo to show what I'm talking about). Carrier has refused to address this and has requested the assistance of a local attorney. Attorney has had the information for about two months and has not provided any insight.
I've also attached a page from the engineer report that indicates the left elevation is no longer waterproof. Within the text of the report, the engineer states that the building sustained a loss. Stromecki goes on to suggest possible remedies however, these remedies do not indemnify the insured.
