Would liability arising out of the rental/use of a storage unit by an insured at a location that is not listed as a described premises be covered under the ISO BOP 00 03 form?
Indiana Subscriber
The liability coverage under the BOP is for general liability so unless there is a specific exclusion to prevent coverage, the liability for the location is covered. There is an exclusion for property damage to property rented or occupied by the named insured but if the issue is one of bodily injury, that exclusion would not be applicable. Also know that this exclusion does not apply to liability for damage by fire to premises while rented to the named insured.
