The Insurance Institute of Hong Kong (“IIHK”) will merge with the Chartered Insurance Institute Hong Kong Limited.
The merger is expected to be completed during August 2015.
Dylan Bryant, the president of the IIHK, noted that,“this historic merger [is] an exciting opportunity to further strengthen professionalism within the Hong Kong insurance and financial services market.”
