Dave Heil has been named regional vice president of premier accounts distribution for Prudential Group Insurance, a business of Prudential Financial, Inc.
Based in San Francisco, Mr. Heil will be responsible for the distribution and account management of the premier accounts segments – customers with fewer than 5,000 employees – for the western region of the United States.
“Dave brings a wealth of experience leading both sales and service disciplines while achieving profitable growth targets,” said Chuck Brousseau, the vice president of premier accounts distribution for Prudential Group Insurance. “Our premier accounts segment is a key growth area for us, particularly in view of the growing interest among employers to enhance the financial wellness of their workers.”
Mr. Heil has more than 16 years of experience in the insurance industry and joined Prudential from MetLife, where he served as regional director for group, voluntary, and worksite sales. He earned a B.S. in business administration from Bucknell University.
