Maynard Cooper & Gale PC is opening a new office in San Francisco that will focus on insurance, financial services, and ERISA litigation, among other things.
The firm has named Drew Kitchen as the managing partner of its San Francisco office. Mr. Kitchen is a partner in Maynard Cooper's Birmingham office, where he has practiced for his entire career. His practice is centered largely around advising insurers and financial institutions.
Litigator Christopher Rillo has been hired as a partner in the San Francisco office. Mr. Rillo has practiced benefits litigation for his entire career, defending plan sponsors, fiduciaries, and service providers.
