McCarter & English, LLP, has named insurance coverage attorney Mark D. Villanueva a partner.
Mr. Villanueva mediates, arbitrates, and litigates on behalf of clients in commercial disputes. He represents policyholders seeking insurance coverage for claims, including in the areas of directors' and officers' liability, professional liability, employment practices liability, and asbestos-related bodily injury.
Before joining McCarter, he served as a federal judicial clerk to Judge Paul S. Diamond in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Villanueva graduated magna cum laude from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University.
