Insurance recovery litigator Paul L. Langer has joined Quarles & Brady LLP's Chicago office as a partner in the commercial litigation practice group and insurance coverage litigation team.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Langer was a partner at Proskauer Rose LLP. He practices in the areas of insurance coverage, general commercial, product liability, and class action litigation, providing counsel to a broad range of corporate clients in federal and state courts across the country.
Mr. Langer also has experience representing policyholders in various areas, including commercial liability policy disputes involving environmental, product liability, toxic tort, antitrust, intellectual property, and construction defect claims; coverage disputes involving health care entities, managed care claims, ERISA, and fiduciary duty claims; and employment practices liabilities policy disputes involving discrimination, sexual harassment, termination, and unfair labor practices claims.

Mr. Langer earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois.
