Erika Bright has been named a partner with Wick Phillips, a business law firm based in Dallas. A former partner with Haynes and Boone LLP, Ms. Bright specializes in issues related to insurance, construction, and commercial litigation.
Ms. Bright represents policyholders in trials and arbitrations against insurance carriers and advises clients on insurance-related topics including how to minimize risk, draft indemnity agreements, and obtain optimum insurance coverage. She also represents clients in complex business disputes, commercial litigation, and construction matters.
Ms. Bright holds a J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Oklahoma and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Insurance Law Section. Ms. Bright also was selected as a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow and member of the Higginbotham Inn of Court.
