Owners and Contractors Protective Liability Coverage Form
As additional insured coverage has narrowed over the years, and states have broadened their anti-indemnity statutes to eliminate sole and partial fault assumptions, coverage under the owners and contractors protective (OCP) policy is being viewed in more favorable light despite its disadvantages.
