Ironshore Inc. has announced the creation of a new management team to serve as industry practice leaders. The Ironshore executives named to serve as industry practice leaders, while continuing in their functional roles, were:

• Energy Industry Practice Leader – Peter Coleman (executive vice president, international property);
• Construction Industry Practice Leader – Ben Beauvais (senior vice president, retail casualty and construction); and
• Personal Lines Strategic Marketing Leader – Daniel Ehrhardt (senior production specialist, property). 

In addition, Andrew Loomis, currently assistant manager with Ironshore's U.S. casualty unit, will expand his management responsibilities in the newly created position of director of new product development (U.S.). He will work with Ironshore's various business line divisions to develop industry-specific insurance coverage solutions in response to market demand.
