Prepared Insurance Company has named Stephanie E. Siewert to be its chief operating officer.
Ms. Siewert joined Prepared Insurance as vice president of sales and marketing and helped complete the capital raise to launch the company in 2009. She will continue to oversee all sales, marketing, and product development, in addition to taking an increased role in the day-to-day operations of the company.
“Stephanie has been a key part of the founding management that has taken Prepared from only a thought to the reality of a successful company. Her many roles and responsibilities have continued to expand and warrant her moving into this vital position in the organization. Stephanie has skillfully implemented numerous product, internalization, and agency relationship initiatives and we look forward to her continued leadership in developing new strategies for our ongoing success,” said Eric L. Gobble, president and chief executive officer of Prepared.
Ms. Siewert specializes in the Florida property insurance market. She serves on the FAIA Legislative Council and is involved with Metropolitan Ministries as well as several other charitable endeavors in the Tampa Bay area. Before joining Prepared Insurance Company, Ms. Siewert held executive and management level positions with Gould and Lamb, AIG, and Sunshine State Insurance Company.
