Does a BOP liability policy provide coverage for the claimant's legal fees as ordered by a local judge? Are legal fees specifically excluded by the liability section of a BOP? If so, where is such an exclusion located in the policy?

The BOP liability coverage does not apply to the claimant's legal fees. There is no specific exclusion but the insuring agreement states that the policy will pay for bodily injury and property damage, both of which are defined terms. Neither of these terms is defined as including legal fees, so the insuring agreement does not include legal fees.
Also note that the supplementary payments section of the policy states that court costs taxed against the insured do not include attorneys' fees or attorneys' expenses taxed against the insured.
