We're having issues with an insurance company that is basically telling us that additional living expense payments should generally be curtailed after 6 months even if the home was virtually totaled.  We think it legitimately often takes way longer than 6 months to get estimates & an available contractor to basically have to clean up & build a new home.  What are your thoughts or ideas on this?
