Stolen Computer and Program
May 10, 2012
Our insured's computer was stolen. She replaced the computer with a similar computer. The replacement computer while still a MAC has a different operating system and one of the programs she had on her other computer is not compatible with the new computer.
Is the cost of the new program that will be compatible covered since there is no direct physical loss. Or is just the fact that the program was usable on the old MAC and not on the new one a physical loss?
Kentucky Subscriber
The program was stolen with the original computer; therefore the cost of the program should be covered.
