Comparison of AAIS Homeowners Form 3 To ISO Homeowners Form 3

Introduction
Summary: The American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS) has filed a revised homeowners program with an effective date of July 2007. The prior forms were revised in 1996. Since then ISO has made some revisions to its form in 2011. While the form bears some similarities to the ISO homeowners program, there are also several differences. The chart that follows compares the language of the ISO HO 03 to the AAIS HO 0003, and indicates where the forms differ. When the forms have the same language and coverage, nothing is noted in the chart.
