Valuation of Loss of Property to Others

We have a client that is an owner of a grocery store/meat market. At the time of their fire, customers'  whole deer and cows that the insured was processing were on the premises. The insured also had movies and video games that were rented from a company to put in the store to rent.

The adjuster said that only ACV limits on property of others is available. Is this true for the cows and deer that the insured was processing for their customers?

Also, we want to test for air contamination since there are still burnt processed meats in the store. The insurance company is refusing to pay for these tests.

The cows and deer would also be valued at ACV as they are also the personal property of others. The testing for the air contamination should be covered as a release of pollutants caused by a covered cause of loss, the fire.
