Swimming Pool Not Described on Dec Page Not Covered

I am trying to determine if a swimming pool is covered under a CP 00 10 06 07 if it is not scheduled. Under covered property, the form defines building as being described on the declarations page and completed additions; fixtures, including outdoor fixtures; and permanently installed machinery and equipment. Based on this, I do not see where there is coverage for the pool. There is nothing on the declarations page that indicates any coverage for other structures, which I believe that is what the pool is.

The question came about because of the form CP 14 20 Additional Property Not Covered. The agent believes that because of this form if the property is not checked as excluded, the CP 00 10 gives it coverage.

A swimming pool would be considered a structure, and the CP 00 10 requires that buildings or structures must be described on the declarations page. If the swimming pool is not described or if there is no blanket statement encompassing all building and structures at a specific location, then it would not be covered on the policy. Just because the CP 14 20 provides a means for specifically excluding certain types of property does not mean that they are automatically covered if not checked on that form.
