Off-Premises Property of Insured Significant Other

The named insured's significant other is listed as an additional insured on the AAIS HO 0003 01 06 policy by endorsement HO 6033. She owns a piece of land with a garage on it at another location. The coverage for the structure is with another company. Would the homeowner's policy cover any personal property of the additional insured that is kept at this second location?

The endorsement makes the significant other an insured same as any other insured. Therefore, the same policy provisions apply regarding personal property at another location. The policy allows for 10% of coverage C for property usually at a residential premises other than the insured premises, but you stated this was a garage and not a house. Therefore, the property owned by the significant other is insured the same as any other property, as long as damage is caused by a named peril.
