Covered Auto Designation Symbol Question
If a business owner mistakenly deletes a vehicle during the policy year and later in the year has an accident in that vehicle, does he have liability coverage for the accident? Or, if a unit is involved in an accident and because it will take several months before the unit is repaired, the owner decides to delete the vehicle with the intention of adding it back when the repairs are complete, but then forgets and uses the vehicle after repairs and does not put it back on the auto policy, and has another accident, does the owner have liability coverage in that instance? The covered auto designation symbol is symbol 1.
