Barn Not Personal Property under Building and Personal Property Coverage Form
Under the CP 00 10 04 02, coverage A 1. covered property, a (4), is an outbuilding that is not on a permanent foundation—in our insured's case, a yard barn—that is used to service the insured building covered for damage by fire? The barn is used to store yard equipment, mowers, and the like.. This building is not listed on the declaration page.

The provisions in A.1 a. (4) apply to personal property, and the barn would be a structure, not personal property.
