Racing Exclusion Applies to Chase Vehicle?

We have a question concerning the exclusion in the personal auto policy for autos used in connection with any prearranged or organized racing. The race is a prearranged bike race and the auto is used only as a chase vehicle. The exclusion in our policy reads as follows: we do not cover an auto while being used in any prearranged or organized racing, speed or demolition contest, stunting activity or similar activities, or in practice for any such activities. Since the exclusion does not specifically address bike racing, we are wondering if the exclusion applies in this instance.

This exclusion is a bit different from the one found in the standard personal auto policy (PAP). That exclusion limits itself to vehicles located inside a facility designed for racing, but your policy's exclusion has no such limitation. But in any case, the exclusion would apply here; the policy will not cover the car while it is being used as a chase vehicle.

The car is actually being used in a prearranged racing contest, and since the word any is used to modify prearranged or organized racing, as opposed to a more specific phrase like a prearranged auto race, the exclusion would apply to a bike race.
