CGL Policy Expiration Time
The CGL form clearly states that it is effective at 12:01 A.M. Standard Time. We don't see reference to the time of expiration. When does the policy effectively expire?
Kentucky Subscriber
The declarations page of the standard CGL form has the policy period listed as follows: From ———— To —————- At 12:01 A.M. Time. So, the policy's expiration time is the same as the effective time.
