Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin announced that Lindsey Henry, CIC of M3 Insurance in Madison, Wisconsin is the 2024 recipient of Wisconsin’s Outstanding CSR of the Year Award.
Coalition has launched security awareness training, which provides small businesses with cybersecurity training and process automation that makes it easy for IT teams to roll out security training, monitor performance and track compliance. CRC Group launched Cyber.IE a new exclusive excess product, available through the company’s newly formed CRC / INSUREtrust cyber practice group.
Bold Penguin announced the addition of certain capacity offered through RT Specialty, a leading wholesale distributor of commercial excess and surplus insurance products and services, to their Terminal carrier panel. Through RT Connector, RT Specialty’s proprietary digital marketplace for E&S, agents utilizing the Bold Penguin Terminal quote platform will now have additional commercial insurance policy coverage options that fill the evolving needs of business owners.
Glia launched the Glia Interactions Index, a new way for financial services organizations to benchmark against similar institutions to quantify the efficiency, effectiveness and experience of their customer interaction strategy. Glia has also launched its first ever Unified Interactions Report based on this Index with nearly 15 financial services organizations contributing insights, helping to validate these benchmarks. The report provides actionable steps for how banks, credit unions and insurance companies can enhance how customers experience their brand.
IMA Financial Group partnered with Michigan-based FC Underwriters LLC. FC Underwriters LLC become a division of Eydent Insurance Services LLC, an IMA company that specializes in providing commercial property and casualty (P&C) alternative risk solutions for specialty niche programs nationwide.
LOKKER released a new privacy solution for insurers: the ability to share on-demand web privacy risk reports with their insureds. These reports give insurers and the insured companies a simple view of their data privacy risk profile in eight different categories, highlighting potential issues that could lead to regulatory fines, lawsuits or data breaches. This is the latest addition to LOKKER’s suite of insurance-focused solutions, building on the Web Privacy Risk Score, which is used by cyber insurers to identify potential losses due to privacy risks.
Vymo announced that Celent, a renowned research and consulting firm focused on financial services technology, recognized Vymo in its new report, Insurance Distribution Management Solutions: North America Edition. Celent notes that use of distribution management systems is increasing and growing more sophisticated, as market changes such as insurance agency consolidation, the proliferation of channels and the growing demand for data, take hold.
