Hiscox EU selected Sapiens‘ IDITSuite for property & casualty. Sapiens’ flexible core platform and managed services provides Hiscox with operational efficiency, scalability, sustained profitability and enables the insurer to adapt to increased regulatory pressure. The program is expected to boost productivity in Hiscox Germany by about 25% by 2025.

Arbella Insurance Group selected Duck Creek’ rating, policy, billing, claims, insights, producer and distribution management platform to streamline its personal lines operations. Longtime Duck Creek systems integrator partner Cognizant will implement the new digital solutions via Duck Creek OnDemand. Arbella cited the strength of the Duck Creek team, and the quality and flexibility of its applications, as keys to this strategic initiative.

West Bend Insurance partnered with Plnar to empowers policyholders with the ability to document their interior property claims in less than two minutes per room. Plnar’s artificial intelligence and augmented reality enhances claims adjusting by providing field adjusters and policyholders the ability to create on-site estimates simply by taking photos of a room with the Snap app.

AmFed selected insured.io’s customer engagement platform to streamline the customer journey by providing a single solution for engagement, including a customer portal, outbound retention notifications, managing and processing recurring payments, reporting and analytics modules and more.
