NFP acquired TF Holdings, LLC, doing business as Thompson Flanagan. The transaction closed on August 1, 2021. Chicago-based Thompson Flanagan is a multi-disciplinary insurance broker that works with clients throughout the country.

Coalition has raised $205 million to accelerate its scale, expand into new insurance lines and help organizations of all sizes remain secure in the face of increasing cyberthreats. The new funding round brings the total raised to more than $3.5 billion.
