Henry W. Maley III was named vice president of sales for Paul Davis National. Maley joins the company to support growth in the company, particularly in large loss projects from flooding, fires, earthquakes, tornadoes and other catastrophic events.
Ellen R. Segal joined Century Risk Advisors as executive vice president of insurance operations. Ms. Segal has more than 40 years of risk management and insurance experience, and will oversee operations of the company's commercial team.
Philadelphia Insurance Cos. promoted John Doyle to the position of senior vice president of underwriting. In his new role, Mr. Doyle will oversee the company's public service and human service underwriting divisions.
Melissa Moreno joined Cavignac & Assocs. as a human resources generalist. Ms. Moreno will be responsible for imlementing day-to-day department operations as well as overseeing implementation of internal office procedures and workflows.
John M. Petrucci, vice president of sales for the State Auto Group, was named chairman of The PIA Partnership.
New Programs
Glatfelter Religious Practice now writes lower property insurance values and total insurance values under $5 million.
The Norman-Spencer Agency Inc. added a monoline specialty program called First Fleet, which is designed to provide commercial auto coverage to contractors.
The Hartford School of Insurance introduced a small commercial training program that seeks to assist agency professionals gain technical insurance and sales knowledge to address the needs of small business owners.
Mergers & Acquisitions
USI Insurance Services acquired Travers, O'keefe & Assocs. Inc. Travers O'keefe's headquarters will be combined with USI's New York office, while USI's Albany, N.Y. office will be combined with Travers, O'keefe's Saratoga N.Y. office.
