Willis North America announced a revised organizational structure and several related senior appointments as part of an effort to strengthen the firm's service to clients and align its resources toward the company goals. The new organizational structure will include the Northeast, Atlantic, South, Midwest, West, California and Canada regions supported by a corresponding team of National Partners. Appointments to the position of National Partner include Erin Hein for the South regon, KJ Wagner for the West region and David Fuhrman for the California region. To further support its North America platform, Willis also announced the appointment of Paty Daves as a managing partner for Willis of Illinois and John Sherlock as a managing partner for Willis of Pennsylvania.

Insureon entered an agreement to acquire Insurance Noodle, an onlne wholesale insurance broker and subsidary of Willis Group Holdings. The acquisition will bring greater efficiency to both parties and will allow Insurance Noodle's brokers and agents leverage Insureon's underwriting expertise in order to grow and develop.

CBIZ Inc. announced its acquisition of substantially all the assets of Centric Insurance Agency of Providence, N.J. The acquisition is expected to add ten employees and approximately $1.6 billion to the comany's annualized revenue.
