Liberty Mutual Insurance has received Applied Systems’ 2013 Interface Leadership Award and the Real-Time Adoption ward for  its addition of a first-in-industry Real-Time Account View transaction, eliminating multiple policy, billing and claim inquiries.

Liberty Mutual says it was also recognized for its efforts in training agent user groups and offering the latest industry standards and workflows that provide agents with ease of doing business across the company’s Business Insurance policy administration platforms.
