Between the need to grow the insurance workforce and the demand to onboard new insurance customers, millennials are key to the future success of many P&C organizations.

It follows that insurers and their partners should be keenly aware of the places that are attracting these young adults born in the 1980s, who also are referred to as Generation Y (or Gen Y).

Roughly a quarter of millennials relocated to a different city in 2022, according to a new report from SmartAsset.
