Jerry Haywood, CEO of boost.ai, offers a new take on integrating AI in the insurance industry. Instead of replacing insurance professionals with AI-enabled virtual agents, Haywood recommends pairing human agents with virtual ones to streamline monotonous tasks and allow insurers to focus on the humanities side of insurance.
